About Us
Scott W. Schreffler
Scott is a native of Oil City, has degrees from Penn State (B.S), Florida Atlantic University (M.Ed.) and Capital University Law School (Cum Laude). He maintains memberships in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Borough, Township and School Board Associations; Christian Legal Society; and the Pa. and Venango County Bar Associations as well as a number of social organizations including the Kiwanis Club, Order of Moose, Elks and Masons. Scott currently serves as Solicitor for many municipalities in Venango, Clarion, Butler and Armstrong Counties, including Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District.
